Actually v true. I drank her milk that she kept in the freezer cos there came a time where output was quite a lot last time. The older milk also don’t know what to do so I drank it / bathe Baby with it / soaked my wife’s tired foot with the milk and it really made her cracked heel smooth after a week or so.
Even my runny nose in the morning also lessen by a lot after drinking the milk for about 2-3 months and I’ve been free from the morning sinus ever since.
Therefore - nehneh milk is good for you. Drink it.
