I know some houses very much welcome Japanese customer as I heard them giving the standard breakdown of cost and duration in Japanese

Thats a fucking bad attitude. Firstly, its a business and anyone can come and ask. If someone finds someone good, he will pay. So, OKT has no right to show his own ass. Noone is interested in their bad ass. Secondly, anyone can go inside, take a look, and come back without spending if he is not happy with their products.
They have no right to say any words.
