Apparently, I was told by a FL that another FL listed in over there has had provided rush job/ bad bonk service, so the bro not happy that his hard-earned money got eaten, thus he went to tip-off the police, just like the WanBao Chinese newspaper exposed the news on 20 Jan 2015...
