want to find short time hotel (2-3 hours) in west around Clementi.

can anyone confirm if Fragrance Hotel Ocean View and Fragrance Hotel Waterfront provide short time stay, and what is the rate ?

Is there other good recommendation in west

The 2 Fragrance hotel have short time transit rooms. But long time never go. Cannot remember the rates.

Transit rooms are available there, rates from $41 onwards depending on type of room available.
