For me depends,

If with CIM and gal, suck hard to drain me, then take long time to recover. But sometimes timely fail so CIP or COF then some light sucking after that, then cover in around half to an hour, sometimes if had a long day and stressful day at work...one round only or take a couple of hours to recover....

But the draining (CIM with continuous hard suck) is the best but very tiring....
