IMHO : a slap on the wrist is the verdict. Ask you legal eagle out there ? Are there case precedence out there for the judge to draw inference from? Also this case came about from poison pens, from ex members who were disgruntled. How did this church suffered? A reduction in membership. I suspect it is business as usual for the Organization. Will they become smarter, sure. Apart from Creative financing scheme, I cannot fault anyone. They did not pocket the money illegally. If they did, they asked the church for permission. What does the saga shows us: an entity developed a goal to propagate its value proposition in a questionable way.

I think u need to read up more about the case. If they did, it wont be CBT against them.

Also, a lot of the members are not aware of whats going on. Only the top echelon knows.

The DPP did use a case of a principal of a school, who use the school money for the church retirement building, or something like that. The judge rule in favor of DPP, n he was jailed.

As for business as usual, what I read from MRslightnfriends facebook, they are due to pay back loans that are in millions. I doubt they are able to do so.

Do u believe a mega-sized church has the ABILITY ( please don't talk about the morality for now) to come out with $100 million in one Sunday? $80 million can just come out from 20% of the members using the law of Pareto which states and I quote, The Pareto principle (also known as the 80–20 rule, the law of the vital few, and the principle of factor sparsity) states that, for many events, roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes.

You may need to filter out the noises of the case and delve into the details for superficiallity causes us to make biased opinions the truth. I say you read it more throughly and not let other's opinion become your reality.

So you asked me, who will be let off with only a fine? Well, like I have mentioned that it will be truly "shocking" as I am very sure even for those that will be found guilty, they will 100% appeal, and then the case will again be dragged on.. while on appeal I am sure they can all jolly well afford the hefty bail esp Mr KH.. So, Bro, for Ms Serina's case, I wont jumped to any conclusion, but a very wild stab into the dark dark hole, she might just be fine and worse case serve a few weeks or months behind bars.. dats my wild wild guess, so no haters ok hahahahaha.
