I only do it with my gf. Either before, during or after, cos they will be more sensitive and they will feel more shiok. But few things to know, firstly do it gentlely as they will feel more painful then usual as they are more sensitive. Secondly make sure got enough paper/towel or anything to clean cos it will be really in a mess....
