I would not suggest that you go tuina if you suspect that you have slip disc issue, it may aggregate the problem, go look for BONE doctor or the so call chiropractic specialist.

Yeah, i second that. For me, my slip disc (cervical) happened because of an over-enthusiastic masseur and i swore never to go for hard massage again.

Only gentle and sensual massage allowed!

Ya i agreed it's better to go see specialist cos nowadays going tuina ml may solve your BRO problem not back problem.
