Only cat one in designated area, allow 24 hr, if they apply for it.

Some cat one in or outside designated do not wish to apply 24 hr.
Hard to get staff to work.

Been more than a year since the new ruling was imposed.
Seriously I do not know exactly how the new law works cos I still see many spas operating 24 hrs.
How has this impacted yr regular spa Bros?
