I chatted with a WL before on this. What she told me is within the 2years.. She left early.. She can't re-enter Singapore within the time frame. After 2years, she has to re apply visitor visa and that's the tough thing. Unless she has someone as guarantor back in China and a company here responsible for her 'safe and tourist stay' .. Maybe.. 50-50.. Even the WL responded to me was why the hell she wants to come back.. Unless she married and coming here to tour with her middle class husband and family? But applying for a HDB flat and staying here for good.. I have never encounter that except what our bros mentioned early. Move and stay in China for good. Jusy to share I have a friend who marry a thai WL in geylang.there is one occasion she come Singapore after 2 years but was refuse entry.and the immigration treat her like criminal.escort her up and down.Unless she change her name and passport otherwise the chances of them coming back even for holiday is almost not possible.For them to come back for holiday is at least 5 years after they left Singapore but they have to write in to ica to request.So to think of marrying a WL and buy hdb is really not that simple.Like one bro say may as well buy in china the houses and car there is more cheaper.Like my friend he ended buying a landed property in Bangkok which cost him only $150k.he bought 2 car there as well which cost him only $60k.He goes to Bangkok once a month for 1 week to enjoy there.Btw my friend is alrealy married in Singapore so is like a holiday for him.lol
