I personally feel that the effect of taking this will slowly reduce as your body build the resistance to it. I forget what I buy years back, many brother buy it that time. 1st time very hard until I have difficulty walking. Second still hard but can tahan take bus scout around. Third time hard when stimulate, 4-5....onward like vitamin.

Now I prefer exercise, drink more water to clean your kidney and JG (last one is really good).
