You must be a foreigner. All local males know where is Lorong 69. Those who have served NS would know some roads / installations exists that are never appear on maps or google, so is the same for Lorong 69. It exists but is never printed on any commercial maps, only visible on military maps or government maps. To know where is L69 you need to go down to the ground and do a walkabout
