The intensity of raids these days ... even higher class joints like at st james also kena. Not sure whether the current generation of leaders are abandoning the pragmatic style of governing when it comes to tolerating some degree of vice activities - which serve as a kind of safety valve.

The older generation of leaders had good reason to quietly allow such activities for good reason.
